GBM will always offer our authors 2 options in this regard, either the author can take their books and sell them on their own or we as GBM can sell and distribute the books on behalf of the author.
GBM will always offer the greatest and best as we can services and accuracy in terms of the language translations that we do but we cannot be held responsible for mistakes or errors in translations in terms of personal understandings of words, phrases and overall content structure. One must always remember that different people undertstand things differently within their own languages, the differences in terms of our translation work does not mean that we are wrong or incorrect in our work.
GBM is NOT a Publishing House, we are a Publications and Media Agency whereby we offer services as a Non-Profit Company, meaning we offer better and lower prices and in some cases work for free. We are a registered NPC (2023/599813/08) and have a registered accountant take care of our finances. We have 2 Board members together with our third board member who also functions as the GM and overall planning and operational manager of the business. We do not employ any staff but make use of freelancers and volunteer staff, you are welcome to register with us in this regard.
The Sale of Bibles is subject to an acceptance of an official quotation.There are NO REFUNDS on the purchase of Bibles. Bibles can take up to 30 days for delivery.
ALL quotations given by GBM are valid for 14 days and can change at any point in value due to various aspects.
ALL quotations for printing are inclusive of an admin fee as well as courier fees with the following stipulations: 1. Courier only in South Africa, 2. Courier up to 100 books only and 3. Once the book is signed off by the author, the printed product is final!!
Translations into any accepted language is done by our innovative translation network and follows a 3 point stage plan. We endeavour to do as best a job as we possibly can to ensure a clear translation of the work. Please note that we cannot guarantee a perfect translation as we know that in many cases different people would prefer to have different words, phrases and characters in these areas, but we certainly do our best for a clear translation. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect translations based on opinion or preferences. We also cannot take responsibility for translation error on the basis of terminology or certain spelling of names, places or events. Timelines are given at acceptance of quotation, but do the nature of publishing and translations there could be delays! Due to our privacy and confidentially policies, we cannot and will not give out any details on our translation systems, editors or proofreaders!

GBM does not carry any responsibility for the guarantee of the sale of books, marketing success of books or the responsibility of selling books for the author!
GBM operates on timelines in order to get books published, we do not compromise on these timelines in order to get books done quickly, it can take between 6 to 12 months to get a book done and in many cases even longer
GBM does everything it is power to ensure accuracy and quality of printing of books thus we have a 4 point plan with every book published, but we cannot take any responsibility for mistakes or the final quality of books printed.
GBM DOES NOT do any form of refunds on payments made in terms of services rendered, funds for printing of books or donations given, please understand that we are a Non Profit Company so ensure you are happy from the start. (If a refund is determined upon as per our Financial Team it will be paid back as follows: Amounts of R4000 and less by the 1st of the next month in which the agreement is made and amounts OVER R4000 WILL BE PAID BACK OVER A PERIOD OF 4 MONTHS STARTING WITH THE SAME PRINCIPLE AND PAID ON THE 1ST OF A MONTH FOR THE 4 MONTHS!) Once we have started to do your book our policy is to complete it, not refund funds!
GBM in terms of Testify Magazine is a platform for those wanting to participate within it, we or others involved within the magazine do not always agree or stand with teachings, concepts, advertising or other mediums found within the magazine. We allow freedom of expression and opinion!
GBM in terms of Testify Magazine DO NOT do any refunds in terms of advertising fees or donations given. We accept only adverts paid for and designed and given by the advertiser, we do not accept any responsibilities for mistakes or incorrect pricing given. Make sure you understand adverts in full before paying any money in terms of what is being offered.
GBM takes no responsibility at all for books of any kind uploaded on other platforms.
GBM also would like to encourage Authors/Writers to the fact that certain matters arise in the Publishing business that could delay launch dates and dates of agreement as to when the book will be ready, GBM takes no responsibility in this regard and will undertake to do everything in its power to stick to dates and keep timelines.
GBM CANNOT guarantee the sale of books at all. We cannot give any timelines in terms of how long it will take books to sell either. We follow a marketing and advertising strategy!
